Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go it alone. When we work together, we’ll begin to uncover “the why” behind those thoughts, feelings, and challenges you’ll face. My hope is that you’ll gain insight into what you can do to move forward, living the life you’ve imagined.

Coaching

Coaching is a bit different from counseling. Think of counseling as the deep dive into the heart and coaching as the practical tools to get your through the day to day. Both matter and both can help you move forward. With coaching, we’ll help you move forward in more practical ways – through learning time management skills, creating priorities lists, and identifying your values.

What do I mean by this? You know how there’s a therapist persona? That image you get of the therapist with their cardigan and clipboard, nodding there head and saying lots of “mmhmm, tell me more”s? That’s not me (well, I do wear cardigans sometimes). I’ll show up as my authentic self – Bre. Yes, I am trained as a therapist, but I am human too. And my hope is that when I show up as myself, you’ll feel permission to show up as your authentic human self too.
